Gate / SF area (38 deg 02' N near Point Reyes to Pigeon Point): Fall recreational Chinook open Sep 1 - Oct 31, 2026 (or until the shared 20,000 Chinook fall harvest guideline is met).
Bag / size: 2 salmon per day of any species except coho (silver); minimum 20" total length. On a vessel in ocean waters, no more than one daily bag limit per person. Salmon may not be filleted on the boat. Always verify before you go - inseason closures happen.
